Shipping policy
All orders are processed for shipping within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order (excludes weekends and holidays). We offer standard shipping (3-4 business days after your order is processed and shipped), expedited shipping (1-2 business days after your order is processed and shipped), and local delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped or is out for delivery.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over $49. For orders under $49, an $8 flat rate standard shipping fee will be applied. We also offer expedited shipping for $15.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available within a 15 mile radius of our headquarters in Iowa City, Iowa for orders over $49. For orders under $49, a $5 delivery fee will be applied. Deliveries are made weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. You will receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you selected local delivery, you will receive an email notification from us when your order is out for delivery.
You will receive a confirmation by email when your order has been delivered.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at starfallmeadow@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders shipped via UPS cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
If you selected local delivery, please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box.
